My Map To Feeding Hunger
Here's a little commercial that I found from Feeding America. This is the organization that I will be dedicating my time to during the trip. Each food bank I visit will be a Feeding America sponsored food bank. The message of the commercial is simple: "all of us need each other and that's what we're here for, to help one another." Today, 1 out 6 Americans are desperate and needy for food. Whose the sixth person in your life?

I really like the picture at the top! It brings the whole blog together. I think adding more pictures would really add to the blog, but I like what you have done so far.
ReplyDeleteI think its very thoughtful and altruistic of you to take on this journey. It is definitely a good concept and now I feel bad for taking such a frivolous journey. You may want to include what you will eat and where you will stay.

It's nice to know there are people out there like you to help others, and I definitely think your trip is feasible...I just hope you like walking home cause it seems like you have no way back if that plane gets stuck on the runway ;P
ReplyDeleteI love how you are planning this trip for humanitarian purposes and at the same time discover different parts of America. The only suggestion that I have is to make the blog more visual pleasing by embedding more picture, videos, side bars, etc.
